The download area permits to all partners with
a valid username and password to have access to the data and technical
documentation of CTS products. Due to the reserved and encrypted format
of information it is necessary to get a install a CA certificate, from
the technical support (techsupp@ctsgroup.it).
CERTIFICATE DOWNLOAD
If your browser is MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER:
Select OPEN FILE in the first pop-up window.
In the second window select INSTALL CERTIFICATE.
Click on NEXT and keep automatic selection activated.
Click on NEXT.
Click on FINISH.
Click on YES.
Click on OK.
Click on OK.
If your browser is NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR:
Select NEXT in the first pop-up window.
Select NEXT.
And NEXT again.
The mark all the three checkboxes in the page to accept the CA for all
the purposes.
Click on NEXT and NOT SELECT the checkbox on the following page.
Click on NEXT and give a name to this CA (for example: CTS CA).
Click on FINISH.
Now you can click on the product that you need and insert a valid USER
ID and PASSWORD.
